Office Design: A case study

Ross Thorne and Joy A B Turnbull (illustrated)

Originally published in Architectural Australia, 76, 4, 1987 pp.4-10.

The office workers in a new interior design over two floors of a building were surveyed to evaluate the workers' experiences of the new design, including the visual and aural environments, and furniture and furnishing designs. The study was innovative for its fine grain detail and usefullness in designing new office space.
